Baked Kale Chips
1-2 bunches of kale
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
Sprinkle of salt
Set oven to 350 degrees
Wash and dry kale. Cut into bite sized pieces
Toss with olive oil, nutritional yeast and salt
Spread onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Place into oven for 10 minutes
If kale is not as crispy as you like, place back into the oven for 2-5 minute increments until crispy. Kale may appear brown when crispy.
