Let's Get certified in motherhood!
and even better... let's show employers how such a certification is beneficial to them!
|
Momivate will proactively advocate for motherhood among employers, demonstrating how deliberate motherhood is an incubator for phenomenal future employees — not just the children those mothers are raising, but the mothers themselves!
Momivate will actively meet with Human Resources departments to advocate for mothers returning to the work force after stepping back to focus on their families. We’ll describe how mothers have developed valuable skills as they have participated in Momivate’s programs—skills that met their family’s needs and now can meet the employer's needs and expectations. |
We are developing a Certification Program called RAISE that mothers can earn over a five year period of participating in Momivate (with a fast track available to seasoned mothers). We will pro-actively spread the word about this certification and how it contributes to the strength of society from the cellular level! Employers will start to look for this RAISE Certification on resumes, because we’ve explained how these mothers, despite having stepped away from the work force temporarily, have been working nonetheless — and we’ll specify how they (and the children they’ve raised) will be magnificently prepared to contribute to the success of the company.
The RAISE Certification Program is the hands-on, tangible method of how Momivate will ELEVATE respect for the role of motherhood. We will also carry out this part of our mission statement in more subtle ways. Our existence as an organization that advocates for and promotes motherhood will expand perceptions, pulling motherhood up out of the ruts of stereotypes that portray the role as old-fashioned or uneducated. If you're unsure if motherhood is anything more than keeping the house clean, please see this part of our website!
